Why

UKRI is committed to supporting culture change across the research and innovation sector.

However, culture change will not happen if just UKRI changes, we need others to join us on this journey. One part of UKRI’s role in this is supporting community adoption of  Résumé for Researchers (R4R)-like narrative CVs by working with partners across the research and innovation sector, nationally and internationally. UKRI has recently introduced the Résumé for Research and Innovation.

Our aim is to share information and to develop common approaches to resources.

UKRI has created communities of practice and are hosting this event to build momentum for more narrative CV adoption throughout the community, share best practice and resources and listen to what is needed to enable adoption of the CV.
